The capture side needs no account. Filing, backup and review are local to the Mac and work with the venue's Wi-Fi down. Three things do talk to Cloutal Media: sending photos straight into a client's gallery, pulling a roster from an album instead of a CSV, and Team Voice, which requires a Cloutal Media Professional plan: sign in to Cloutal Media with a Professional account to switch it on, and signing out switches it off.
